Technology:

The floating houses are usually conceived as low-consumption houses with wooden frame construction.
The base of the floating house is a reinforced concrete pontoon filled with a styrofoam core. This technology guarantees a high stability and unsinkability. The pontoon is maintenance-free and resistant to mechanical and weather impacts.
